our continuing pursuit to add values to our
services, COMSERV embarked on a major exercise to
undertake research & development of business
application software such as financial accounting
and timber related applications. This long term
commitment which started in 1996 as a business
unit in COMSERV, was finally injected into
Software Optima Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of
COMSERV, in September 2001.

services to undertaking software research &
development works and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
businesses in line with the convergence of the IT and
Telecommunications industries.
