We offer an extended 3 years period for each plan purchased. A full refund of all unused points is assured within the 3 years period upon 1 month’s notice. This assures a risk free relationship between both parties.
- Versatile use of points purchased for other services
The use of the points purchased in the plan is not limited to Hardware or Software defect calls. They may be used to procure other services like installation and upgrading of hardware & software, relocation of hardware, and any other services offered by Comserv (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. These services would be charged at the rate of one point per man-hour.

Virtually, you have a team of IT specialists in varied fields of expertise, waiting to attend to your needs as soon as you subscribe to ComSERVIS at no cost to your establishment. Effectively you only pay when you use the services. This takes off the burden and the cost of overheads in employing IT personnel.
