Assistance (EMA) |
Send in your
IT related queries via fax
and/or E-mail. We will attend to
your queries and forward our
response as appropriate. This
service is Free.

| On-Line
Assistance (OLA) |
Our engineers
will communicate with you within
the specified time period stated
in the plan to assist you in
solving the problem over the
telephone. This service is for
the cost of only 25%
of a point. If the problem
cannot be solved via telephone,
it would be escalated to OSA (On-Site
Assistance).

Assistance (OSA) |
Our team of
engineers will help you solve
the problems at your site.
Problems escalated to this level
would be attended to and only
one point would be deducted for
each defect reported
irrespective of the time it
takes us to rectify the defect.
(Utilisation of points for other
services would be based on one point per man-hour basis -
minimum one point)
