FREE parts replacement and services shall be provided during the first year of warranty.

Free parts replacement is also provided for subsequent warranty periods after the initial first year (where the products are covered by warranty period exceeding on year) but it shall be chargeable irrespective of the time taken to perform rectification works. 

Our appointment as Authorised Service Provider for Compaq and IBM PCs enable us to have direct communication with the principals thus ensuring faster communication and support which lead to faster recovery of defective systems.
